Refund Policy

Live Event Cancelation & Refund Policy

If we are unable to meet in person due to a pandemic, and/or because of travel restrictions, or some other world event beyond our control, we will transition to a virtual event and continue to bring you the same stellar content and fun that we always do!  All tickets will then be automatically converted to the virtual conference.

Our cancellation and refund policy is the same as it has always been:

All cancelation notices and refund requests must be in writing and submitted by using the “contact” button on the navigation menu above.

To receive a full refund less a $100 USD administrative fee, your request must be made prior to August 1st.

To receive a 50% refund, your request must be made prior to September 1st.

No refunds will be granted after September 1st.   However, you may transfer your ticket to the video only option or you may transfer your ticket ONE TIME ONLY to the next year’s conference – with one caveat. Because the 2024 conference is being held at a resort and is more expensive, and will be limited in how many people can attend, if you want to transfer your ticket to the 2024 conference you will need to pay an addition $399.

Substitutions are always allowed.  Let us know in advance!  Please submit the current guest name and substitute’s name and email address using the “contact” button on the navigation menu above.

All refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be made within 45 days after the completion of the conference.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Refund Policy

All cancelation notices and refund requests must be in writing and submitted by using the “contact” button on the navigation menu above.

To receive a full refund less a $250 USD administrative fee, your request must be made prior to 180 days before the date of the event.

To receive a 25% refund, your request must be made prior to 120 days before the date of the event.

To receive a 50% refund, your request must be made prior to 90 days before the date of the event.

No refunds will be granted within 90 days of the date of the event.

All refunds, less a $250 administrative fee, will be made within 45 days after the completion of the event.

Return of Online and Physical Goods

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chris@501videos.com and send your item to: EXCHANGES – 501 Videos llc, 19689 7th Ave, NE #341 Poulsbo WA US 98370.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
