Because of the unique nature of the conference space at Tamaya, Sponsorship opportunities are very limited this year.
Sponsorship Details & Pricing:
Presenting Sponsor - $50,000 SOLD
There will be only one Presenting Sponsor. You will get the top slot and best name placement of any sponsor.
As a Presenting Sponsor, your benefits will include:
- Your name will be featured on the website, on the cover of the printed program, and on conference signage as the Presenting Sponsor.
- The main ballroom name will be changed to the “[Presenting Sponsor’s Name] Ballroom” and referred to as such in the program and on signage. The “[Presenting Sponsor’s Name] Ballroom” will be the main ballroom where the all the Keynotes and general sessions take place.
- You will get a table in the exhibitor’s area. The exhibitor’s area is outside the main ballroom. You will have terrific exposure and great access to attendees.
- You will be recognized and thanked (for being the Presenting Sponsor) from the stage during the opening ceremony of the conference.
- You'll get a full page ad in the conference program.
- You will receive a mailing list of all the attendees (physical mailing addresses - no email addresses).
- You will receive 6 tickets to the conference.
Workshop Room Sponsor - $20,000 SOLD

There are two workshop rooms. Each of the workshop rooms will be renamed to feature one workshop room sponsor.
As a Workshop Room Sponsor, your benefits will include:
- At the start of each day, you can have your marketing materials placed on every table/chair for everyone who enters the workshop room.
- There will be a sign at the workshop room doorway, and at the front of the workshop room that features your name and logo.
- You will be able to present two workshops in your sponsored room over the course of the conference.
- You will get a table in the exhibitor’s area. The exhibitor’s area is outside the main ballroom. You will have terrific exposure and great access to attendees.
- Your name will be on the website, the printed program, and on conference signage as a Workshop Room Sponsor.
- You'll get a full page ad in the conference program.

Community Room Sponsor - $15,000

There is one community room. This room is for attendees to unplug and relax -- or to get work done. It can be designed and outfitted as you'd like.
As a Community Room Sponsor, your benefits will include:

As a Reception Sponsor, your benefits will include:
- You will have exclusive rights to hosting one reception at the Conference and can choose from the following times:
- Immediately after pre-registration (November 10)
- During lunch or in the evening on the first day of the Conference (November 11)
- During lunch or in the evening on the second day of the Conference (November 12)
- Your name will be on the website, the printed program, and on conference signage as a Reception Sponsor
- You will get a table in the exhibitor’s area. The exhibitor’s area is outside the main ballroom. You will have terrific exposure and great access to attendees.
- Table tents will promote you as the Reception Sponsor on each table during the reception.
- You may ask attendees to RSVP for your reception using an event registration platform (like EventBrite).

Scholarship Sponsor - $15,000

As a Scholarship Sponsor, your benefits will include:
- Your name will be on the website, the printed program, and on conference signage as a Scholarship Sponsor.
- You will have 10 full priced tickets, or 20 half priced tickets, to give away to nonprofit professionals. For people who want to apply for a scholarship, the conference website will direct people over to your website to apply. If you choose, the scholarship process can instead take place on the conference website and then direct people to your website after the application process.
- You will get a table in the exhibitor’s area. The exhibitor’s area is outside the main ballroom. You will have terrific exposure and great access to attendees.

"Welcome Kit" Sponsor - $15,000 SOLD

"Welcome Kits" will be distributed to every attendee. The kits change from year to year - based on the particular theme for the year. They can take the form of an actual bag of goodies, or just a neatly stacked collection of materials for each person on the table.
As a Welcome Kit Sponsor, your benefits will include:
- Your name will be on each welcome kit (in the case of a bag of goodies), or printed on materials that are placed at each chair during the opening keynote.
- Your coupons and marketing materials will be inserted into the welcome kit -- assuming they are sized to fit into the welcome kit.
- Your name will be on the website, the printed program, and on conference signage as a Welcome Kit Sponsor.
- You will get a table in the exhibitor’s area. The exhibitor’s area is outside the main ballroom. You will have terrific exposure and great access to attendees.
