The dates and times of the conference are:
Thursday - November 2, 2023, 8am - 5:30pm
Friday - November 3, 2023, 8am - 5:30pm
Saturday - November 4, 2023, 8am - noon
Food - what's included:
We will serve a light breakfast. However, it's not a formal sit down breakfast. When you arrive in the morning there will be breakfast type finger-foods and coffee waiting for you.
For sit down meals, there are many restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance.
For the conference videos, each session will be filmed using multiple cameras. Once the conference is over, the multi-camera videos will need to be edited. The edited videos will be available about 4 weeks after the conference ends. You will receive a link when they've been added to your member's area.
