COVID-19 UPDATE: Because of the coronavirus, the hotel in Chicago cannot have large groups. So we are transitioning the conference to a virtual event.  We will continue to bring you the same stellar content and fun that we always do! All previous "in-person" tickets will automatically be converted to a virtual conference ticket. And all virtual ticket holders will receive a surprise fun box in the mail prior to the conference. These fun boxes will be sent in October.

 
 
 
 

Hotel Rooms: If you reserved a room at the conference hotel in Chicago (Hyatt Regency), and as long as the email address on file is active, you should receive an email confirmation noting your hotel room was cancelled. You should receive this email by the end of July. Nothing further will be needed on your end. If you have questions, or you don't receive an email from the hotel confirming your room cancellation, then call the Hyatt's central reservations line at 1-888-421-1442.
