As an exhibitor,  you'll have access to a very targeted group of nonprofit professionals.  These folks are looking for help in telling stories, communicating with donors, and growing their donations.

We anticipate 700 people attending the conference.

If your services and products help organizations grow their revenue, build stronger donor relationships, communicate with donors, or help organizations run smoother, then you'll want to exhibit at the Nonprofit Storytelling Conference.  

Your booth will be in the middle of the action.

Your booth location couldn't be better.

Unlike many other conferences where exhibitors are stuck in a room away from the sessions, your booth will be located in the middle of the action.  

All the attendees must walk by your booth in order to get to the sessions.  

The booth area is also where attendees will mingle and take their breaks.

You'll have less competitors

We have limited the conference to a maximum of 25 exhibitors.​  This way you'll have the best exposure to potential new clients without feeling like you're being swallowed up in a sea of vendors.

There are no reserved booth spaces.  Booth spaces will be assigned by the organizers based on a first come first served basis.​

There are two levels of exhibitors:

1. Spotlight Exhibitors
2. Regular Exhibitors

Spotlight Exhibitors:

​As a Spotlight Exhibitor, you'll get a booth area complete with a 6' table, two chairs, and electricity.  You'll also be listed on the conference website, in the printed conference program, and in the conference app. 

You'll also receive a full page ad in the conference printed program.

Also as a Spotlight Exhibitor, you'll get a mailing list of all the attendees four weeks prior to the conference so you can introduce yourself to the attendees before the conference.  You'll also get a post conference mailing list of everyone who attended the conference. 

Spotlight exhibitors are like mini sponsors.  

There will be a "Sponsor's Wall" that everyone will pass on their way to the sessions.  This wall will include all of our sponsors' logos and will also include your logo if you are a Spotlight Exhibitor.
