The conference hotels for the past 5 years have sold out completely. So if you want to stay at the hotel where we’re holding the conference, please book your hotel as soon as possible. You can always cancel or change your reservations (per the hotel’s policy).
Day 1 - Monday October 28th, 8am - 5:00pm
Day 2 - Tuesday October 29th, 8am - 5:00pm
Day 3 - Wednesday October 30th, 8am - noon
We do not serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, though it's not a formal breakfast, when you arrive in the morning there will be breakfast type finger-foods waiting for you. During the day, we will also provide snacks and drinks during some of the breaks.
For sit down meals, there are many restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance.
