We typically don’t provide meals, however, this year a small lunch will be provided. There will also be coffee and tea available in the morning. For dining options, there are several restaurants located within the hotel.

Because rooms are sold out at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, we have an additional block of rooms at the Ventana Canyon Club + Lodge. Transportation between this hotel and the Conference will be provided for free. The hotels are about 1.5 miles apart.

We do not have a room block at the hotels below, so we cannot guarantee availability or offer shuttle service -- you'll want to plan for a rideshare to and from the Conference.
